Here are just a few ways we're working toward those ends:
ROLL OVER

stat1 14.3%global greenhouse gas reduction against 2012 baseline, on track to achieve 18% reduction by 2018.

Eco-Friendly Transit

We partnered with the City of Stockholm to phase out paper tickets, with a connected customer experience that allows them to streamline 800,000 trips per day — while also cutting costs and delivering a more robust customer experience.

Energy & Emissions Reduction

In the past year, our Energy Performance Management program identified more than 30 simple energy-saving measures that we've been able to roll out around the globe with immediate impact. This helped us to reduce our energy usage by 14.6% and greenhouse gas emissions by 14.3% en route to our 2018 total reduction goals of 20% and 18%, respectively.

Women in Leadership

We're committed to implementing ongoing programs that attract, retain, support and motivate women throughout their careers. In the past year, we celebrated the women already leading the way at CSC with a multimedia Google+ campaign that encouraged employees to share profiles ranging from female engineers and healthcare executives to scientists and other industry-best experts.

On-Demand Learning

The CSC University learning management system gives employees anytime, anywhere access to thousands of training assets tailored to their specific job roles and career paths, with areas of focus including Leadership, Sales, Client Delivery and Technology. CSC University e-learning hours have increased 40% as compared to FY 2015.

The Power of Engagement

We believe the communities around us matter. That's why we support multifaceted community outreach programs around the world. Our FY 2016 programs in India have included funding education, building homes, feeding the hungry and leading efforts for disaster relief and conversation. As part of this effort, 6,820 CSC employees donated more than 8,590 volunteer hours.
