In the past year, our Energy Performance Management program identified more than 30 simple energy-saving measures that we've been able to roll out around the globe with immediate impact. This helped us to reduce our energy usage by 14.6% and greenhouse gas emissions by 14.3% en route to our 2018 total reduction goals of 20% and 18%, respectively.

We're committed to implementing ongoing programs that attract, retain, support and motivate women throughout their careers. In the past year, we celebrated the women already leading the way at CSC with a multimedia Google+ campaign that encouraged employees to share profiles ranging from female engineers and healthcare executives to scientists and other industry-best experts.
1 million hours of learning completed by employees through CSC University — annual increase of 14%.
The CSC University learning management system gives employees anytime, anywhere access to thousands of training assets tailored to their specific job roles and career paths, with areas of focus including Leadership, Sales, Client Delivery and Technology. CSC University e-learning hours have increased 40% as compared to FY 2015.
4000+ hours of service donated to FIRST education charities around the world
We believe the communities around us matter. That's why we support multifaceted community outreach programs around the world. Our FY 2016 programs in India have included funding education, building homes, feeding the hungry and leading efforts for disaster relief and conversation. As part of this effort, 6,820 CSC employees donated more than 8,590 volunteer hours.
